Robert W. Tieken, who led SIRVA through its successful financial
reorganization.

Lucas is a seasoned executive with strong leadership experiences as CEO,
chairman, and president, and with world-class companies, Fortune 500
corporations, and small private companies. Wes Lucascomes with a deep experience
in growing companies, building execution capabilities, and developing superior
customer value. A significant example is his tenure as the chairman,
president, and CEO for Sun Chemical, the world’s largest color company, with
about $4 billion in sales and 300 plants, from 2001 up to 2006. Another
significant leadership position during this period was as the co-chairman of
Kodak Polychrome, a joint venture with Kodak and the world’s largest provider
of imaging equipment and materials for commercial media. Other substantial
leadership experiences include holding the positions of: the CEO and president
of Quebecor World (a $6 billion printing services company); the president of
Sytrenics, Nova Chemicals (a leader in plastics and materials); vice president
at AlliedSignal (a multi-billion dollar leading industrial company); and also
a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. Lucas received his MBA from
the Harvard Business School, as well as a BS in finance and accounting from the
University of los angeles, Berkeley.

Biography

Wes W. Lucas, born May 2, 1963 was named SIRVA chief executive officer and board member in July 2008.[1] From 2001 to 2006, Lucas served as chairman, chief executive officer and president of Sun Chemical, the world’s largest color company with 300 operating plants and approximately $400 billion in annual sales. Prior to this, he served as of Kodak Polychrome. Previous significant leadership roles also include serving as chief executive officer and president of Quebecor World, a $6 billion printing services company; president of Sytrenics Nova Chemicals, a producer of plastics and materials; vice president of AlliedSignal, a multi-billion-dollar industrial company; and as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. Lucas holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and a Bachelor of Science degree in finance and accounting from the University of California, Berkeley.

Fernandez brings 19 years of leadership, operations and consulting experience to SIRVA. Fernandez is a proven global executive with an excellent track record in improving business performance and growing companies. In his new role, Fernandez is responsible for overseeing SIRVA’s global operational excellence initiative, building strong teams and a high-performance organization and enhancing information technology capability.
